What Is CLUB MANGO®?
Club Mango is the exclusive Red Mango®
loyalty program that allows you to earn Mango Points for every
qualified purchase you make in any of our many participating Red
Mango locations!
What are the benefits of CLUB MANGO?
- All customers can join for free!
- You earn 10 Mango Points for every dollar spent on qualified
purchases in a participating location!(1)
- You receive a $2 reward just by registering your Club Mango
account!
- You receive a $5 reward for every 500 Mango Points you
earn!
- You receive a $5 reward on your birthday!(2)
- Your rewards are automatically saved to your Club Mango
account. To redeem them, just present your Club Mango card,
registered phone number, 9 or 16-digit account number, or tiny Club
Mango number (3-digit app code) at the time of purchase.
- Your Club Mango card can also be used as a prepaid/stored value
card(3).
- As a registered and opted-in Club Mango member, you may also
receive special promotions, coupons and invitations to exclusive
events at Red Mango locations.
(1) You must present your Club Mango card, registered phone
number, 9 or 16-digit account number, or 3-digit app code at the
time of your purchase to earn Mango Points.
(2) You must be a registered member of Club Mango for at least
two weeks prior to the date of your birthday in order to receive a
$5 birthday reward.

Do my Mango Points and rewards ever expire?
Yes. Your Mango Points and rewards will expire upon the earlier
of (a) 12 months of inactivity on your Club Mango account, or (b)
the following Mango Points and rewards expiration schedule:
- Birthday Rewards, which are $5 rewards we give you on your
birthday, expire 30 days after we issue your reward.
- Earned $5 Rewards, which are $5 rewards we give you when you
register your Club Mango account and for every 500 Mango Points you
earn, expire 60 days after we issue your reward.
- Coupons and other rewards we may send you on a periodic basis
that are neither Birthday Rewards nor Earned $5 Rewards expire 30
days after we issue or send you the coupon or reward; however,
please check the coupon or reward for the actual expiration date of
such offer.
It's my birthday and I didn't receive my $5 reward.
Why?
You must have activated and registered your Club Mango account
at least two weeks prior to the date of your birthday to receive a
birthday reward. If you meet the criteria and still did not
receive your birthday reward, please contact us via the Contact Us section of our
website.
I have accumulated Mango Points but why can't I redeem
them?
The only way to redeem rewards that have you have earned is by
activating and registering your Club Mango account, and presenting
your Club Mango Digits (you know, either your card, registered
phone number, 9 or 16-digit account number, or 3-digit app code) at
the time of purchase. Until you register your Club Mango
account, you will not be able to redeem your rewards. You
will, however, continue to accumulate Mango Points for qualified
purchases at participating Red Mango locations.
Why am I not receiving offers or emails from my local Red
Mango?
To ensure that you do not miss out on exclusive offers or emails
from your local Red Mango, make sure that when registering, you
have favorited a store and opted in to receive these exclusive
offers.
If I have added dollar value to my CLUB MANGO card, can I still
use it even though my card is not registered?
Yes. Whether or not you activate and register your Club
Mango card, you can load or reload it as a prepaid/stored value
card. And, regardless of the dollar value on your Club Mango
card, you'll earn Mango Points every time you make a qualified
purchase at a participating Red Mango location as long as you
present your Club Mango Digits (which is your card, or 16-digit
account number) at the time of purchase. Note, you cannot
currently add value if you have chosen a cardless membership or you
are using the Club Mango App. Also, you will not earn Mango
Points for the dollar value that you load onto your Club Mango card
but you will earn
Mango Points when you use you those dollars on qualified purchases
at participating Red Mango locations and present your Club Mango
Digits. For example, if you load $20 onto your Club Mango
card, you will not earn any additional Mango Points for doing that;
however, when you use $10 of that $20 to buy two frozen yogurts at
a participating Red Mango store, you'll earn 100 Mango Points!
What is considered a qualified purchase for earning Mango
Points?
Qualified purchases are based on actual dollars tendered for
menu item purchases made at participating Red Mango
locations. The purchase of a Red Mango gift card is not a
qualified purchase; however, purchases made at a participating Red
Mango location using a Red Mango gift card are considered qualified
purchases. For example, if you purchase a frozen yogurt for
$5 and use a $10 Red Mango gift card to pay for it and present your
Club Mango Digits, you will earn 50 Mango Points. Also, you
will not earn Mango Points when you load value onto your Club Mango
card or redeem a Club Mango reward or use another discount, credit
or coupon. For example, if you purchase two frozen yogurts
and the cost is $10 and you redeem one of your $5 rewards, then you
would pay $5 (plus applicable tax) and would earn 50 Mango Points
(10 Mango Points for the $5 that you spent). If you had
loaded $20 onto your Club Mango card and used that instead of your
$5 reward, you would have paid $10 using the stored value on your
Club Mango card and you would have received 100 Mango Points.
Similarly, if you have a $2 off coupon and you purchase $5 worth of
frozen yogurt, you would pay $3 (plus applicable tax) and you would
receive 30 Mango Points. Qualified purchases are determined
by RED MANGO in its sole discretion and may be changed without
notice.
How do I register for CLUB MANGO?
There are a variety of easy ways to join!
Cardless Membership (www.MyClubMango.com) / CLUB MANGO app):
- You can join Club Mango by registering online (www.MyClubMango.com) with
just your phone number; or downloading the Club Mango app to
register via your Smartphone (iPhone or Android)! Doing so
will generate a 9 or 16 digit account number.
- Now, you can earn Mango Points and redeem any earned Club Mango
rewards by providing your Club Mango digits (your registered phone
number, or 3-digit app code, and Photo ID
verification) at a participating Red Mango store.
- Already have a registered card? No need to
re-register. Simply login to your account via the Club Mango
app; or go online (www.MyClubMango.com) to pull
up your Club Mango account and add your phone number to your
profile to redeem any earned rewards in store without a physical
card.
For a physical
card:
- FIRST, obtain a Club Mango card at any participating Red Mango
location.
- NEXT, have the card activated by the Red Mango employee before
you leave the location. This is important because you will not be
able to register the card if it has not been activated.
- THEN, register your Club Mango card online at www.MyClubMango.com.
After you have registered your card, start earning Mango Points for
all of your qualified purchases. Don't forget to must present
your Club Mango Digits (you know, your card, registered phone
number, or 9 or 16-digit account number), at the time of purchase
to earn your Mango Points and/or redeem rewards.
I registered online but I want an actual card. What do I
do?
If you want a physical card, you can bring your online account
number to your local participating Red Mango store and they can
"Exchange" that account number for a new card. This will transfer
any previous Mango Points and rewards to your physical card. If
they are not able to do this, please send your information to clubmango@redmangousa.com
and you will be sent a new card by mail.
I registered via the CLUB MANGO app but want an actual card.
What do I do?
If you want a physical card, you can provide your registered
phone number or 9 or 16-digit account number to the cashier, at
your local participating Red Mango store and they can "Exchange"
that account number for a physical card.
I'm having trouble registering my CLUB MANGO card. I'm
getting an error message telling me that my CLUB MANGO card is not
activated. Why?
If you pick up a Club Mango card from one of our locations and
the card is not swiped prior to you receiving it, it will not be
activated and therefore, you won't be able to register it. If
this happens, email us all of the numbers listed on the back of the
Club Mango card (clubmango@redmangousa.com)
so that we can activate your card, which will allow you to complete
the registration process. You can also visit your local
participating Red Mango location and request to activate your card
onsite. Remember to bring your receipt so that you earn Mango
Points for your previous purchase(s).
Can I get Mango Points for purchasing a RED MANGO gift
card?
No. You cannot receive Mango Points for purchasing a Red
Mango gift card. However, the gift card recipient will earn
Mango Points for every qualified purchase that they make at a
participating Red Mango location using their Club Mango card in
conjunction with their Red Mango gift card.
Can I use rewards to purchase a RED MANGO gift card?
No. You cannot use rewards to purchase Red Mango gift
cards.
Can I use any earned Club Mango rewards in conjunction with
other coupon offers?
No. Rewards cannot be combined with any other
offers. For example, if you have a buy one get one free
(BOGO) coupon and a $5 reward and you purchase two frozen yogurts
each with a cost of $5, you can either choose to use your BOGO
coupon and pay $5 (plus applicable taxes) or use your $5 reward and
pay $5 (plus applicable taxes) for the cost of the second
yogurt. Sorry, but you could not use your BOGO coupon and
your $5 reward together and get both yogurts for free.
What happens if my yogurt is only $3.50 and I use my $5 reward?
Can I use the remaining $1.50 during my next visit?
No. Earned $5 rewards are one-time use rewards that can
only be used in a single transaction up to $5 in value. So if
you purchase a $3.50 yogurt, you can redeem your $5 reward and pay
nothing. No change will be given and there is no remainder to
be placed on the card. If you had purchased two frozen
yogurts, each at a cost of $3.50 for a total of $7, then you could
redeem your $5 reward and only pay $2 (plus applicable
taxes). You would also earn 20 Mango Points for that
transaction! Remember, that rewards are like a one-time use
coupon good for up to a $5 value on qualified purchases. Now,
if you had a loaded $5 onto your Club Mango card and used that
instead of your $5 reward to purchase your $3.50 yogurt, then you
would have paid $3.50 (plus applicable taxes) and the balance of
the $5 would remain on your Club Mango card for your next
visit.
I purchased a RED MANGO gift card for someone. Can they
join CLUB MANGO using that gift card?
No. However, customers can still register their Red Mango
gift cards online to check their gift card balances. Gift
Card recipients can also join Club Mango by registering online (www.MyRedMango.com),
downloading the Club Mango app, or by picking up a Club Mango card
at any participating Red Mango location, and activating/registering
their Club Mango card. Please note that the purchase of Red
Mango gift cards is not a qualified purchase and you will not earn
Mango Points for the purchase of Red Mango gift cards.
However, you can earn Mango Points for every qualified purchase
that you make at a participating Red Mango location with your Red
Mango gift card in conjunction with your Club Mango account.
Where can I check my gift card balance?
You can check your gift card balance at your nearest
participating Red Mango store or online at www.myclubmango.com or via
the Club Mango app.
Do I earn Mango Points on coupon and/or CLUB MANGO reward
redemptions?
No. Mango points are earned only on qualified purchases
and actual dollars tendered. For example, if you bought a
yogurt (that cost $4) and you redeem a $1 off coupon and present
your Club Mango card at the time of purchase, you would earn 30
Mango Points (or 10 Mango Points X $3). If you bought a
yogurt (that cost $5) and you redeemed your birthday reward of $5
to pay for that yogurt, then you would not receive any Mango Points
for that transaction. Qualified purchases are determined by
Red Mango in its sole discretion and may be changed without
notice.
I forgot my driver's license. Can I still redeem rewards
without providing one?
No. While you can still earn points for qualified purchases, you
cannot redeem any earned rewards without photo ID
verification. However, photo ID does not have to be in the
form of a driver's license.
How do I replace a lost or stolen card?
If your Club Mango card is ever lost or stolen, visit your local
participating Red Mango location and request a new Club Mango
card. If you remember your 9 or 16 digit Club Mango account
number, the store will be able to exchange your old card for a new
card. This process will automatically transfer any balances
from your lost card to your new card. If you do not have the
9 or 16 digit account number, you will need to ask for a new Club
Mango card and register your new Club Mango card with a new user
name and password, but with the same email address that you used to
register your lost or stolen card. Once you have done this,
email us at clubmango@redmangousa.com
and ask that your Mango Points and any reward balances be
transferred to your new Club Mango card. In order for us to
transfer any existing Mango Points and/or rewards, we will need
your new Club Mango card number as well as the user name connected
to your old account. You will not be eligible for any
registration rewards when you register your new card and transfer
your Mango Points to your new account.
I lost my registered CLUB MANGO card. Can I use my phone
number to link my account to a new CLUB MANGO card?
You must provide your 9 or 16-digit account number to link your
lost or stolen card to a new one.
Can I combine Mango Points from multiple CLUB MANGO cards?
Yes. Simply register the Club Mango card that you will
keep as your primary Club Mango card and email us at clubmango@redmangousa.com
with your request to combine your multiple Club Mango cards.
You will need to provide us with the numbers of all your Club Mango
cards, and indicate which Club Mango card you would like to have as
your primary card. We will transfer your Mango Points and/or
rewards from the Club Mango cards you want to combine to the one
that you designate as your primary card.
I forgot my CLUB MANGO card during my last visit. Can I
still get Mango Points for my purchase?
Yes! Simply bring your receipt
into your nearest participating Red Mango store and the Team Member
will be able to add points to your card in the store. If you
have any difficulties getting points added at the store level,
please either email a copy of your receipt with your 9 or 16 digit
Club Mango account number to clubmango@redmangousa.com
or mail it to the following address:

To avoid this in the future, we encourage you to register your
phone number with your Club Mango account so that you can use your
phone number as your account number, to redeem any earned
rewards.
I forgot my username or password for my CLUB MANGO
account. What do I do?
Email us at clubmango@redmangousa.com
to request your Club Mango user name or to you're your password
reset. For your privacy, we do not have access to your
password information. However, we can reset it for you so
that you can update your account with a new password.
Does it cost anything to download and use the CLUB MANGO
app?
At this time, there is currently no charge to download the Club
Mango app.
How do I download the CLUB MANGO app?
For the iPhone, go to the Apple app store and search for Red
Mango. For the Android, go to the Google Play app store and
search for Red Mango.
How do I check-in to a RED MANGO location using the CLUB MANGO
app?
Go into your downloaded Club Mango app to register or login to
your Club Mango account. Once you do so, you will need to
access "Places" to find your nearest Red Mango location. From
here, you will see an option to check-in.
Can I use the CLUB MANGO APP to earn Mango Points and redeem
rewards?
Yes! By checking in to your local participating Red Mango
store, you will be able to earn Mango Points and redeem rewards
when you provide either your registered phone number or the 3-digit
app code (generated upon check-in), at the time of your
purchase. When you check in, you will have 10 minutes to
provide your 3-digit code to the cashier. Note, you cannot
add or redeem gift card value using the Club Mango app or a
registered phone number.
Can I check-in multiple times at the same location?
There is no limit to the number of check-ins that you can
perform throughout the day. However, you can only check in 3
times within a 10 minute span. Also note there must be at
least 1 minute between check-ins.
I checked in to the wrong location and my code is
invalid. What do I do?
Perform another search to select the store that you are
in. Ask the employee to verify the location address before
you complete the check-in. You will need to wait 1 minute
before you attempt to check in again in order to generate a new
3-digit code. Remember, you can only check in 3 times within
a 10 minute span of time.
What does it mean when my check-in code doesn't work?
Either, you are past the 10 minute window of time to provide it
to the cashier, or you may have checked into the wrong Red Mango
location.
Can my friends use my short code from my CLUB MANGO app?
Yes! Simply give them your 3 digit code to be used within
the 10 minute window and Mango Points from their qualified purchase
will be added to your account. Note that only one Club Mango
account can receive credit for a purchase so if the Mango Points
are added to your Club Mango account then they will not also be
added to your friend's account.
How does the new "Refer a Friend to CLUB MANGO" work?
- Registered Club Mango members can now refer an unlimited number
of friends to sign up for Club Mango via their Club Mango
account!
- To do so, just log into your account and select the "Refer a
Friend" link located on the left side of the screen.
- From here, simply type in the email addresses for anyone you
would like to refer.
- Those persons will receive an email from Red Mango inviting
them to enroll online by clicking on the link within the referral
email.
- If a friend or family member that you refer registers for Club
Mangovia the link in the invitation they receive,you (as the
registered invitee) will receive a $1 reward in appreciation for
your referral.
- Please note that these rewards expire 30 days from the day they
are issued. As with other rewards, these have no cash value,
they cannot be used to purchase Red Mango gift cards and are a
one-time use only reward.
- Members can refer an unlimited number of friends.
- You will only receive the $1 reward if the friend that you
referred registers for Club Mango via the link in the referral
emailANDenters the unique code listed in that email (that
identifies to us that you were the person that referred this
friend) at the time of registration. These steps will also be
listed in the invitation email that your friend receives.
How does the new Social Gifting of reward that I have earned on
my CLUB MANGO account work?
Registered Club Mango members now have the ability to 'share'
earned rewards with friends or other registered Club Mango members
via a Facebook post or direct email message!
Giving the gift of RED
MANGO:
- You can share your earned rewards with friends that are already
registered for Club Mango as well as those that are not yet Club
Mango members. However, in order to redeem a reward that has
been gifted; the recipient must register for Club Mango and become
a member.
- If you share an earned reward with a friend who is not a registered Club
Mango member, they will be prompted to sign up for Club Mango in
order to redeem their gift.
- As a registered Club Mango member, you can share earned rewards
by logging into your account and viewing your account balance (this
link is located on the left side of the screen).
- From here, you will see a "Send Gift" button next to any
eligible earned rewards.
- Once selected, you will then be prompted to type the email
address of the friend you are sending the gift to.
- Not all of your earned rewards will be eligible for the social
gift program. Those rewards that are eligible for sharing
will be denoted by a "Send Gift" button to the right of the
reward.
Receiving the gift of
RED MANGO:
- Red Mango will send an email to the recipient. When the
sender completes the gifting process an email to the recipient is
generated. This email will contain a code that allows them to
claim their gift. The recipient must be a registered Club
Mango member to do this.
- To claim their gift, the registered member will need to login
to their Club Mango account and select the "Accept a Gift" link
located to the left of the page.
- From here, they will be prompted to enter the code provided to
them in the notification email they received. As with other
rewards, these have no cash value, they cannot be used to purchase
Red Mango gift cards and are a one-time use only reward.
- Rewards that are NOT claimed within 7 days of being sent will
automatically go back to the originator's account. If you
gifted a reward to a friend and he/she has not claimed it (see
above on how to claim a gifted reward) within 7 days of our
issuance of the email notification, then the reward will
automatically go back into your Club Mango account to be sued by
you or gifted again.
- If a reward goes back into your account, it will expire 30 days
from when it goes back in.
What is the new "Pay it Forward" program and how do CLUB MANGO
members participate?
- "Pay it Forward" is similar to Social Gifting. The differenceis
that "Pay it Forward" rewards are those rewards that cannot be used by the
giver and must be
shared with other Club Mango members for their use!
- These rewards are earned by registered Club Mango members that
visit a participating Red Mango location at least 5 times within a
one week span*.
- As a registered Club Mango member, you will be able to
differentiate between Social Gifting and "Pay it Forward" rewards
by thename of the rewarditself. For example, a $2 "Pay it
Forward" reward will be named "Give$2 OFF…" to denote that it must
be shared and cannot be used by you.
- As a registered Club Mango member, you will be alerted via
email every time a "Pay it Forward" reward is posted to your Club
Mango account.
- "Pay it Forward" rewards are anaddedbenefit of being a Club
Mango member! Please note that these rewards will not take
the place of other rewards that can be earned and used.

Giving a "Pay it
Forward" reward:
- If you share an earned "Pay it Forward" reward with a friend
who is not a
registered Club Mango member, they will be prompted to sign up for
Club Mango in order to redeem their gift.
- As a registered Club Mango member, you can share earned "Pay it
Forward" rewards by logging into your account and viewing your
account balance (this link is located on the left side of the
screen).
- From here, you will see a "Send Gift" button next to any
eligible earned "Pay it Forward" rewards. As a reminder, "Pay
it Forward" rewards will start with the word "Give" so you know
that it must be shared and cannot be used.
- Once selected, you will then be prompted to type the email
address of the friend you are sending the gift to.
- Registered members can earn an unlimited number of "Pay it
Forward" rewards. However, these rewards will expire within
30 days of receipt. The recipient will have 7 days to claim
the reward.
- If they do not claim that reward in 7 days, it will go back to
the giver's account at which time the giver will have 30 days to
"pay it forward" again.
- Earned "Pay it Forward" rewards cannot be divvied up
between multiple people. They are one time use only
rewards. For example, if you have earned a $2 "Pay it
Forward" reward, you must send thewhole "Pay it Forward" reward to
a friend versus sending $1 to two different friends.
- Those "Pay it Forward" rewards that are eligible for sharing
will be denoted by a "Send Gift" button to the right of the
reward.
Receiving a "Pay it
Forward reward:
- Red Mango will send an email to the recipient. When the
sender completes the gifting process an email to the recipient is
generated. This email will contain a code that allows them to
claim their gift. The recipient must be a registered Club
Mango member to do this. Recipients can register at the time
they receive the email notification regarding their "Pay it
Forward" gift.
- To claim their gift, the registered member will need to login
to their Club Mango account and select the "Accept a Gift" link
located to the left of the page.
- From here, they will be prompted to enter the code provided to
them in the notification email they received. As with other
rewards, these gifts will expire 30 days from the date the reward
is accepted. "Pay it Forward" rewards have no cash value,
they cannot be used to purchase RED MANGO gift cards and are a
one-time use only reward.
- Rewards that are NOT claimed within 7 days of being sent will
automatically go back to the originator's account. If you
gifted a reward to a friend and he/she has not claimed it (see
above on how to claim a gifted reward) within 7 days of our
issuance of the email notification, then the reward will
automatically go back into your Club Mango account to be sued by
you or gifted again.
- If a reward goes back into your account, it will expire 30 days
from when it goes back in.
- Once a recipient claims a "Pay it Forward" reward, they will
have 30 days to use it before it expires.
Please note that your use of a CLUB MANGO card and/or RED MANGO
gift card constitutes your acceptance of the complete terms and
conditions of our loyalty and gift card programs. RED MANGO,
Inc. may, at any time, and at its sole discretion, modify these
terms and conditions, with or without notice. Such modifications
will be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review
these terms and conditions of use periodically, and your continued
use of your CLUB MANGO card and/or RED MANGO gift card following
such modifications will indicate your acceptance of any modified
terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to any
modification of the terms and conditions of use, you must
immediately stop using your CLUB MANGO and/or RED MANGO gift
card.
